[KWPeace-groups] Working Centre climate learning events (March 2023)

Hello friends,

I wanted to share with you some upcoming climate learning events at the
Working Centre, in case you personally or any of your groups are
interested!

These include:

   - Another one of our monthly documentaries. On *Monday, March 13th, 7pm* we
   are showing The Yes Men Are Revolting
   <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8tSEjepPNgc> at Kitchener Public
   Library - Central Branch.
   - Also next week on *Thursday, March 16th, 7pm* is our next *Coping with
   Climate Change* workshop/support group focused on helping people cope
   emotionally and socially with the Climate Emergency. RSVP on eventbrite

   - On *Thursday, March 30th, 7pm* we are hosting our next *After the
   Alarm *event looking at the social and ecological benefits of a Four Day
   work week <https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/559668983997>.
   - Finally we are gathering interest for a new book club launching in
   mid-April reading through Seth Klein's *A Good War: Mobilising Canada
   for the Climate Emergency**. *This short book uses both WW2 and COVID as
   precedents for how Canada might respond seriously to the existential threat
   of Climate Change. We are receiving interest until *April 6th*.


 Questions are welcomed, as is sharing these events through your networks.
