[KWPeace-groups] Inviting Kelly from Mino Ode Kwewak N'gamowak

That makes sense, good to clarify how we're adding new people/groups. I
mean there isn't really a "commitment" that we can hold people to for being
a member, but we can phrase it as "if you want to be a member of KW Peace
and present at our event, we'd love to have you, and you're welcome to
attend our future planning potlucks" or something like that? Make it clear
that by participating, they're now a member of KW Peace (whatever that
"membership" may mean?)
