the University of Oxford. Prior to his graduate studies, Dr. Robinson served as a regular officer in the British Army Intelligence Corps from 1989 to 1994, and as a reserve officer in the Canadian Forces from 1994 to 1996. He also worked as a media research
executive in Moscow in 1995. Having written or edited 14 books, he has also written widely for the international press on political issues. His new book is “Russian Liberalism” published by Cornell University Press. In recent years, he has worked on Russian
and Soviet history, military history, intellectual history, defence policy, and military ethics.<o:p></o:p></p>

Dalhousie University. She interned for the International Peace Bureau in Geneva, Switzerland and for the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade at the Canadian Embassy in Oslo, Norway. She’s a member of the Canadian Voice of Women for Peace
and the Women’s International League for Peace & Freedom Canada. She’s also a fellow with the Canadian Foreign Policy Institute. Tamara just returned from ten days in Washington D.C. during the NATO summit where she participated in several think tank events.
