JOIN US ON MAY 24 FOR SOLIDARITY & BAKLAVA AT THE STUDENTS’ ENCAMPMENT FOR PALESTINE AT THE UNIVERSITY OF WATERLOO 
1:00-1:30 p.m.: Meet us at the Students’ Solidarity encampment for Palestine at the University of Waterloo, South Campus Hall, (Gaza House) Grad House Green, 200 University Ave W. (by the tall library building). We will stand in unity with the students and eat some baklava. We say stop the genocide of Gaza, arms embargo against Israel now and Free Palestine. All welcome!

On Tues., May 28, there will be a big peace rally on Parliament Hill at noon.
On Weds. May 29 & Th. May 30 from 7am-9am, we will Shut Down CANSEC, the big weapons fair at the EY Centre in Ottawa. 

DID YOU KNOW that the UNIVERSITY OF WATERLOO is a member of the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (CADSI), the arms lobby that runs CANSEC, North America’s biggest arms fair?

CADSI is the organizer of CANSEC, Canada's global defence and security trade show, which is being held in Ottawa on May 29 & 30. It’s an arms fair! It’s where all the big weapons manufacturers or merchants of death sell their weapons including Lockheed Martin, BAE and Elbit Systems, Israel’s arms manufacturer. Call on UW President Vivek Goel to get the University of Waterloo out of CADSI. The university should not be supporting weapons research and war!
