[KWPeace-groups] You can put your event on the KWPeace calendar!

Hi everyone: There have been some great event announcements to this 
mailing list over the past few days. Please keep them coming! That's 
exactly what this mailing list is for, to share events and announcements 
amongst the various peace, social justice, and environmental groups that 
make up KWPeace.

You can also put your events on the KWPeace public calendar at 
https://kwpeace.ca/

1) If your organization publishes a calendar online let me know, then I 
can add its iCal feed to the KWPeace calendar. As you add events they'll 
automatically show up on the KWPeace calendar, and that will 
automatically send a Tweet too.

2) If you're writing up the events for an announcement e-mail or 
newsletter already, then log into KWPeace.ca and copy'n'paste those 
announcements into a new Event post; that'll put it on the calendar and 
send a Tweet too.

I try to post new event announcements to the KWPeace calendar when I 
can, but KW is a really active community and I haven't been able to keep 
up.  I'd love some help -- if there's someone already reading the entire 
Internet who wants to add some events, let me know!


And while I've got the stage, just a reminder that we're having our 
KWPeace Spring 2020 Potluck Dinner Meeting in early March. Help pick a 
date on our poll: https://kwpeace.ca/polls/spring2020  Get your votes in 
by Monday 24 February 2020 so I can book the Civic Hub.
