Thank you for your interest in Citizens' Climate Lobby. I would like to
invite you to learn more about Citizens' Climate Lobby by attending a
special training session on Tuesday, May 7th. The training is
accompanied by a simple meal.

Agenda:
6:00 Dinner
6:30 to 8:30 Training session.
Place: Grand River Unitarian Congregation
299 Sydney St. S., Kitchener

In this session, you will learn about Citizens' Climate Lobby and how to
lobby politicians and other community leaders effectively. The methods
and approach that Citizens' Climate Lobby uses are quite effective.
Recently, I was helping to run a workshop on the sustainable development
goals at a conference at the University of Waterloo. Bardish Chagger,
Waterloo MP and Government House Leader, gave the closing remarks. Her
remarks included that "I want to give a shout out to Caterina Lindman
and Citizens' Climate Lobby. Most people come to politicians with
problems. Citizens' Climate Lobby is different. They come to us with
solutions. Caterina kills with her kindness. She suggested that the
money collected from the carbon pollution fee be returned to citizens,
and that is what we have done. Don't forget to apply for the climate
action incentive, and tell your friends to do so as well."

Those remarks touched my heart, and made me proud to be part of
Citizens' Climate Lobby.

RSVP for the Climate Advocacy Training by email or by phone -

Kind regards,
Caterina Lindman
