Hi Eleanor: Yes, the wardens (?) of St. John's church have agreed to a
pilot project for a limited number of groups to allow the use of their
lower parish hall for the Civic Hub, with the condition that it's
administered by the SDCWR. That covers insurance, opening and locking
up, and providing various admin services such as printing or
photocopying, and phones.
Come to the launch next Wednesday -- it'll all be explained then!
