Hi everyone: We need another Potluck Meeting!

When are people available? We usually meet from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

The poll is open until Monday, 24 September; then I'll pick the most
popular date and book the Peace and Justice Room at Stirling Mennonite
Church.

items for the agenda.


I have one: Planning has begun for our symposium, "Perspectives On
Peace". So far we have a confirmed date (noon - 2:00pm, Saturday, 27
October 2018), secured the venue (Kitchener City Hall Rotunda), a
caterer (Food Not Bombs), and we have a guest speaker (Hi, Tamara!). But
we need to do some more planning, hence our Fall 2018 Potluck Meeting.

We'll need some people to help set up and some more people to help clean
up. We need to figure out the logistics of serving food, we need someone
to create some artwork so we can advertise this, and many other things
that we can figure out at the Fall 2018 Potluck Meeting.

Every KWPeace group is invited to set up an information table in the
Rotunda for the symposium.  This can be information leaflets, petitions,
signup sheets, interactive displays, art tables, posters, books, and
anything else your organization uses to get out its message. We'll take
a quick survey at the meeting to see how many info tables we'll need.
