Hello all,

Thank you to everyone who has signed up to have a table at our 2nd
Perspectives on Peace event!

Event schedule:

4:00pm - 4:30pm: Mingling and socializing
4:30pm - 5:30pm: Discussion panel and Q&A
*5:30pm - 5:45pm: Exhibitor introductions*
5:45pm - 6:45pm: Dinner - each table can work as a group to answer 4
questions
*6:45pm - 7:30pm: Exploration of info/exhibit tables*
7:30pm - 8:00pm: Reconvene at dinner tables to relate answers to questions
8:00pm - to end: Socializing and mingling

*Please arrive at 4pm to set up your table materials*.

The parts in bold indicate the times we are asking you to participate, but
please feel free to engage in the panel, enjoy dinner, and socialize with
event attendees outside of those times. It is not necessary to staff your
table during dinner or the panel.

It's the most important to have your tables set up for the exploration time
from 6:45-7:30, as that's the time we've allotted for viewing the community
group tables. We will also ask each person with a table to introduce
themselves and their organization with a very short statement, consisting
of your name, your organizations name, and how your organization defines
"peace in your community" (in 1 sentence). This is a bit of a hook to get
people interested in coming to your table.

As you can see, dinner is included in the event, and we're asking for a
suggested $10 donation to cover the cost of the meal and venue.
