My name is Katie, I am attending UW and have lived in KW since 2001. I am
taking a Peace and Conflicts studies class at UW and have been working on
my final project. I have decided to make a quilt about peace. I reached out
to a Worldwide Quilters group and now have quilt squares being sent from
all around the world. I wondered if you have anybody in the Peace Quest
group that can sew/quilt that would like to be a part of my project? I've
asked for a 6 1/2" square (pieced or appliqued or quilted) that represent
peace to them, sent with a story of peace or how quilting has brought peace
to them. I would need the square by November 3rd.
