Roger, do you know if City Hall Rotunda or Council Chambers are
available for another evening during IDOPAN? If we need to change the
date I'd like to keep it as part of IDOPAN.

I don't think we've heard back from Laura about the availability of
Queen Street Commons. Again, if 1 October isn't available then another
date during IDOPAN is best.

In the meantime, can we brainstorm for another location? How about the
Downtown Community Centre at 35B Weber Street West?

 There's a nice room upstairs that can easily accomodate 50-60 people
at discussion tables.
