HI, perhaps I got the name wrong - but I think it is called the Pavilion
- it is the lovely old building at the park. I suspect it will be
booked for a wedding on a Saturday - but it is always worth a try - you
book it through the city - same person as City Hall. I have begun the
process to see about the cafe - no word back yet, but I thought I would
get going just to see...
